The La Sportiva Ultra Raptor 3 shoes build on the legacy of one of La Sportiva’s most trusted trail models, delivering durability, support, and grip for demanding hikes and mountain adventures. Now in its third iteration, this versatile shoe is straddles the worlds of ultralight hiking, through hike and fast packing, travel, as well as a bout of trail running.
A durable recycled mesh ripstop upper keeps weight down while maintaining breathability during intense hikes. Reinforced with a protective rubber toe cap and rand, the shoe guards against rocks, roots, and rough terrain. The soft yet supportive midsole ensures comfort over long distances, while compact EVA foam under the heel adds extra stability and structure where it’s needed most.
An integrated collar gaiter helps keep out stones, gravel, and trail debris, while flex grooves along the outsole enhance natural movement when scrambling or navigating uneven ground. Underfoot, the FriXion® White outsole with Impact Brake System™ technology delivers reliable traction, improving uphill grip and downhill braking control. Combined with a TPU heel counter for stability, the Ultra Raptor 3 is a dependable lightweight all-rounder built for the trail.
